Sometimes illnesses arise as an alarm notifying you that you’ve got to change something and you haven’t taken the hints yet from your gut and your heart!
Maybe things are okay, but you feel like you’re not quite aligned with your purpose…
It’s time to assess if you are living from a place of authenticity, or if you are living a life crafted by someone else’s idea of how it “should” look.

Mon Dec 6th – How can you tell when you’re in alignment? How can you tell when you’re out? Learning how to listen to your body’s signals.
Tues Dec 7th – Letting go of People Pleasing
Wed Dec 8th – Uncovering the Root of Misalignment
Thurs Dec 9th – Re-creating Life on Your Terms
Fri Dec 10th – Realigning with YOU -Defining your focus in Relationships, Career, Money/Abundance, Health/Fitness, and Mental/Spiritual realms in your life
Join us on Facebook LIVE
Each day we’ll be going live for about 20 min. on Facebook. These are the challenge videos. Each day we will be adding on to the practices from the day before, building as we go.
Do the daily activity
There will be a short journaling activity or exercise for the day (something to be aware of) that goes along with each daily video.
