It’s Not Too Late

It’s not too late.

As long as you have breath, there is still a chance to change things.  

And when you take a step in a different direction, it changes your destination and the course of your life.

It took our 10-year-old daughter picking her skin in different places until she was wearing bandaids on her face to school for us to take her to an MD and Emotional Kinesiologist. In less than ten minutes they determined that she was doing this self-harming behavior because Kevin and I were arguing and she felt anxious.

We were able to uncover what was going on beneath the surface and heal our marriage. Since we did the work to change our negative patterns, after that first doctor visit, she never picked her skin again. And here we are 7 years later, teaching courses on it so that we can share with others what we have learned along the way.

Sometimes the symptoms of a discordant family pattern will be expressed in one of the children. Maybe you have known that things aren’t as good as they could be for some time now. And it doesn’t have to be this way forever. Even if your partner is unwilling, just you shifting the old pattern is enough! And by learning the keys, you can create changes that benefit every relationship in your life (those with your siblings, children, parents, boss/co-workers or employees, friends, everyone else you encounter, and yourself).

You don’t need to wait for something bad to happen to create a positive shift.
