“Yes! I am so glad you made it!” – Kevin’s Story
“Yes! I am so glad you made it! We are going to have so much fun together.”
That’s what I heard in my own head and in “almost-my-own” voice, on November 21, 2019, at a little after 2 pm PDT. It was a Thursday.😳
I had just connected with my “higher self”. 🤗
Shortly after, I wrote a guidebook on improving life through consciousness practices and quantum physics in 2.5 weeks.
Then some “superpowers” came online… clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, mediumship, channeling, energy healing that is like Reiki on steroids… and I began working with clients.
But that’s now… (and yes, it has been fun, and also a heck of an unexpected ride the last few years!)
Back on that fall day in 2019, one of the first things I thought after my life-changing experience was, “If I can do this, anyone can!”
And one of the most valuable tools I’ve learned along the way, to improve every aspect of life, is how to self-muscle test.
We are in these amazingly dynamic biofeedback machines, our bodies (where all the answers are stored). and this is a skill you can have to get clear answers, reconnect with your intuition, stop second-guessing yourself, and gain confidence in your decisions in life. You can even use it with your kids!
Now you don’t need to be on some kind of spiritual journey or walking a Buddhist path to use muscle testing. I sure wasn’t! I was just using it to feel better!
Besides using it to learn how to really trust myself and reconnect with my intuition, I was mostly using it to clear trapped emotions.
For so long I would just feel irritable or “off”, but couldn’t put my finger on what it was that had me feeling that way. But that all changed when Kelli and I learned the Emotion Code. The more emotions I learned to identify and clear, the better I felt.
So I kept practicing self-muscle testing with the Emotion Code, and my high blood pressure/pre-hypertension went away, stomach issues cleared up, bouts of anxiety and depression lessened, symptoms of ED went away, I started sleeping amazingly, Kelli and I healed (and evolved (and continue to evolve)) our relationship, that negative voice-in-the-head slowly disappeared, and any doubt, second-guessing, or self-abuse quieted, and then ceased altogether.
And I started to feel good. really, really good. I realized the more I listened to my body’s signals, felt the feels, and let go of whatever previously undefined/ unidentified emotions were the underlying cause of the symptoms I was experiencing, the more I was feeling like ME again!
