Your Body Has a Message For You. Are You Listening?

A 5-min Rapid Transformation Tool to Avoid Pain and Illness

The symptoms we experience are the body’s way of getting our attention. Your body is a messenger. Experiencing pain or illness is often a “check engine light” telling you that there’s an imbalance in your life that needs to be corrected. What western medicine prescribes is covering up that light with a sticker so that you can’t see it anymore in the form of medications. So you’ve got a body trying to tell you where you’re out of balance in your life, and medications are obscuring the warning lights!

This is how it starts.

“I don’t think my partner and I are a good fit for each other. Our values are so different, and I don’t really have that feeling that ‘this is the one’, but what if I’m just being too picky.” or, “I’m so stressed out. My job is killing me. I’m doing so much – sometimes the jobs of what 3 different people used to do, and I’m not even aligned with what I’m doing. I want to do something that matters.” or, “I don’t have any energy to do anything. Nothing sparks my curiosity, and when people talk about doing work that ‘lights you up’ or is your ‘soul’s purpose’, I have no idea where to even begin. There’s nothing I’m excited about.” These thoughts are usually accompanied by a feeling of discomfort, telling you that something’s off.

Warning signs can be thoughts that seem to be coming from your conscious telling you that something in your life needs to be addressed. They can also come in the form of” gut feelings” or gurgly stomach, achiness in the breastbone or heart, or some other body signal. What often happens is that people ignore these internal signs. They think, “What choice do I have!?” “If I leave this partner I might not ever find someone else.” or, “What can I do?! I have bills to pay!” or, “No ideas are coming to me so I’ll just keep doing the same thing that I always do.”

If the sign is ignored, often the body will switch to a pain signal or an illness so that you can no longer deny that something needs to change.

Then you can’t ignore it. You’re taken out of the situation because of the pain/illness and are then forced to create massive changes in your life. You hit a rock bottom of sorts and it becomes undeniable that you’ve got to do something different. This is when people go off on some sort of healing journey and create big changes in their lives.

It’d be much better to catch yourself BEFORE pain or illness takes root!

So what if you could bypass the pain, the illness, and the healing journey and go right to the messenger itself so that you can course-correct earlier? It would save you a lot of pain, tears, and expense!

We’d love to share a great tool with you to help you HEAR YOUR INNER MESSENGER. To tap into your inner voice/highest self to figure out what’s going on and how to resolve it. It begins with noticing that something is off. That you’re feeling uncomfortable about something. Like “Ooooooh! I notice I have that achy feeling in my chest again.” “What could that be about?!” Next, do your best to pinpoint what area of your life you think this feeling is about (work, family, friends, finances, physical/mental/spiritual health).
